K4 Leasing started in 2022 with a simple idea: renting equipment in Northern Utah shouldn't require a big-box counter, rigid pickup windows, or a phone tree. We're a small, family-owned operation based in South Willard, and when you call or text 385-326-5825, you're talking to the owner - not a call center.

What we do: We rent a well-maintained Bobcat S185 skid steer, a 20-foot equipment trailer, a 7x14 dump trailer, and a full lineup of attachments - auger, trencher, toothed bucket, pallet forks, and tiller. Everything is priced simply, bookable online in minutes, and ready for local pickup on Highway 89 in South Willard. Delivery is available throughout Box Elder, Weber, and Cache County.
